Earlier this spring, we successfully contracted to purchase a property and began the important task of rezoning it from commercial to multifamily residential. This extensive process required numerous meetings and a lot of dedication, but our efforts paid off when the rezoning was officially approved. Just recently, we closed on the land, marking the beginning of a new journey.

The Vision for Zebulon

Zebulon is more than just a location; it’s a community with a rich history and a welcoming atmosphere. We believe that introducing 17 elegant new townhomes will elevate the charm of the area.
